Q: What reservation types are in the kiosk?
A: All daily, seasonal and student organization rentals for University business.
Q: What sign on do I use to get into the kiosk touchscreen?
A: Registered users can use their regular NetID and password, similar to signing in to Okta. Do not include @iastate.edu in the NetID. An RFID reader is attached to the kiosk. Users will need to sign up to use the RFID reader by completing the online form here.
Q: Can I still buy parking passes at Transportation Services?
A: Yes, via the staff members at the dispatch desk during normal business hours.
Q: Does my personal vehicle need a parking permit in the UTS lot?
A: Drivers' vehicles are no longer required to have a permit on their dash.
Q: Previously I used a FOB to access the fuel pumps at UTS. How do I access them now?
A: Use the WEX Fuel Card, similar to other filling stations.
Q. The reservation was made by someone other than the driver, can I still use the kiosk system?
A: Any driver with the confirmation number and Agile profile can use their own NetID to pick up the vehicle.
