1/2-day Charge:i    Includes the first 35 miles. Applies only to the hours of 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM. Vehicle may not be picked up early nor returned the following day.

Minimum Daily Charge:ii Includes the first 70 miles. Mileage rate applies if mileage is exceeded.

Substitutions: Transportation Services reserves the right to substitute vehicles when necessary to meet demand.

Possible Fuel Surcharges: Should fuel costs increase significantly a fuel surcharge will likely be added to the rental rates.

Early Pick up Fee: A $10.00 early pick up fee may apply to reservations picking up vehicles between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.
