Des Moines Airport Travel
Other than short term; i.e., a day or less, it is generally neither economical nor good use of a University vehicle to leave it in an airport parking lot. Transportation Services has established a special contract with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for one-way rentals to and from airports. To use this service complete the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Intramural and fax it to 515-294-4838. Please remember to prepare an intramural for the trip to the airport and an additional intramural for the return trip. It is best to make these reservations at least 48 hours in advance.
For seasonal (i.e. a month or longer) vehicle request please follow the same link above. The seasonal requests are assigned on a first come first serve basis and require at least a week notice please.
Student Organization Travel
Student Organizations need to complete the ISU Student Organization Travel Authorization form. Submit completed forms on the online travel system. All trips must be approved by either the Office of Risk Management or Recrecration Services before Transportation Services may hand out keys. Please input all travel request at least 10 days prior to pick up date.
